Job Description

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic & Web Designer with an eye for high visual impact designs. The ideal candidate should be proficient in graphic and web design, working on projects such as websites, brochures, magazines, exhibitions, and corporate branding.

The successful candidate will be able to translate high-level requirements into intuitive, beautiful, and functional designs while collaborating with copywriters, designers, and the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop a strong portfolio of work
✔ Understand and implement the design brief
✔ Plan and execute projects within budget constraints
✔ Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software
✔ Conceptualize new design ideas, graphics, and layouts
✔ Prepare rough drafts and present ideas for approval
✔ Revise and finalize designs based on feedback
✔ Create wireframes, storyboards, and user flows for websites
✔ Ensure user-friendly and interactive website designs
✔ Present and defend designs to peers and executive stakeholders
✔ Establish and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards
✔ Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and marketing executives

Requirements & Qualifications

???? Skills & Experience:
✔ Proven graphic and web design experience
✔ Strong creative flair and originality
✔ Excellent visual design skills and user-system interaction knowledge
✔ Hands-on experience with InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop
✔ Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for rapid prototyping
✔ Experience in Agile/Scrum development processes
✔ Up-to-date with latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies
✔ Strong communication and presentation skills
