Position: Fashion Designer

The Fashion Designer will be responsible for guiding the creative direction of our brand by designing and developing sustainable, iconic Western fashion pieces that reflect our dedication to artistry and ethical practices. The role involves collaborating with artisans and the production team to ensure that every collection embodies our brand’s unique vision while maintaining exceptional quality and sustainability standards.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop & Design exclusive Western fashion collections with an emphasis on hand embroidery, silks, and Indian prints for men and women.
✔ Research current fashion trends, materials, and techniques to incorporate into the design process.
✔ Collaborate with artisans, tailors, and fellow designers to integrate cultural techniques and viewpoints into the collections.
✔ Lead the design process from initial concept to final product, including sketching, fabric selection, and prototype creation.
✔ Ensure sustainability in all designs by using recycled materials and maintaining fair labor practices.
✔ Present design concepts and prototypes to the executive team and refine collections based on feedback.
✔ Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable materials to maintain a competitive edge.
✔ Create technical design packs for production, ensuring all specifications are precise and clear.
✔ Work with the Marketing team to develop promotional strategies, highlighting the story behind each design.

Qualifications

???? Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
???? Experience:

Total work experience: 3 years (Preferred)
Fashion design experience: 4 years (Preferred)
???? Languages: Fluent in Hindi and English.
???? Ability to create themed clothing lines.
