What You'll Do on a Typical Day

Client Assistance:
- Provide detailed product knowledge to assist clients via phone and email.
Event Website Creation & Maintenance:
- Develop online attendee registration websites aligned with client branding.
- Consult with clients on website design and functionality to meet their objectives.
- Create and share reports based on event requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing before deployment.
Mobile App Creation & Maintenance:
- Develop and maintain event mobile apps.
- Provide best practices and solutions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Manage mobile app projects from kick-off to launch on Apple and Google Play stores.
- Create and maintain custom templates based on client needs.
Collaboration & Client Support:
- Work with operations and account management teams to support long-term client goals.

What We're Looking For

Education:
- Bachelor's degree with strong academic credentials (preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience (preferably in the meetings industry, software, or high-tech industry).
- Experience with Cvent, Splash, e-Touches, Crowd Compass (a plus).
Technical Skills:
- Advanced expertise in HTML, CSS, and other web development languages (a plus).
- Photo editing skills (Photoshop, etc.) (a plus).
Soft Skills:
- Strong customer presentation skills with a confident and outgoing telephone presence.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for better understanding.
- Works well under pressure and maintains professionalism.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
- Ability to work in a global, geographically dispersed environment.
