As a Content Project Specialist, you'll collaborate with an international team of subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and content reviewers to create high-quality digital learning materials.
???? Responsibilities:
Develop and support course curricula and instructional content
Onboard and guide SMEs and curriculum designers
Apply learning science principles and best practices in course design
Ensure content aligns with internal and external quality standards
Leverage AI and modern tools for efficient content creation
Maintain documentation and SOPs for best practices
Monitor project productivity, flag issues, and propose solutions
Communicate progress and resource needs to team leads proactively
2–3 years experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or teaching (high school/college)
Minimum 1 year in EdTech or working with digital curriculum
Strong English language skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
Strong communication and organizational skills
