Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated API Testing Engineer to focus on testing APIs for Azure API Management and related Developer Portal customizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in API automation testing and experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments with Azure DevOps (ADO).

Key Requirements:

Experience: 8-10 years in the IT industry with expertise in API Automation Testing.
Test Framework: Agile (Scrum) methodology with Azure DevOps (ADO).
Web Automation Testing:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with Selenium, C# for .NET applications, Visual Studio 2022, and SpecFlow.
API Automation Testing:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience with REST, C#, Visual Studio 2022, and SpecFlow.
API Manual Testing:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience using Postman with REST API knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Test Case Development & Execution:
- Develop detailed test cases and scripts for API testing.
- Execute test plans and document findings.
Automation & Tools:
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks.
- Utilize appropriate tools for API testing, defect tracking, and reporting.
Collaboration & Issue Resolution:
- Work closely with development teams to identify, reproduce, and resolve issues.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance API functionality and performance.
Documentation:
- Maintain clear and detailed documentation of test cases, results, and identified issues.

Preferred Experience:

Prior experience in Capital Markets / Investment Banking.
Experience executing projects in Agile/Scrum environments.
