???? Job Summary:

We are seeking a Hospital Pharmacy Store Manager to oversee the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of pharmaceuticals and medical supplies. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and compliant supply chain operation within the hospital, directly supporting patient care and clinical efficiency.

???? Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for medicines and medical supplies
Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels
Ensure regulatory compliance with pharmaceutical laws and standards
Optimize procurement costs and manage departmental budgets
Analyze market trends and implement improvements in the purchasing process

???? Core Functional Areas:

Inventory Management – Monitor stock levels, ensure availability, and avoid overstock or understock situations
Procurement Management – Source and procure pharmaceuticals and medical supplies efficiently and cost-effectively
Compliance & Quality Assurance – Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards
Team Leadership & Training – Manage and guide the pharmacy store team
Coordination with Doctors – Work closely with doctors to align procurement with clinical needs

???? Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (Preferred)
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Hospital Pharmacy Store Management
Licensing: Pharmacy License from Maharashtra Pharmacy Council (Required)
Required Experience:
- Total work experience: 1+ year
- Purchasing experience: 1+ year
