Job Summary:

The Sourcing Executive will be responsible for managing the procurement of finished pharmaceutical products. This role involves developing and implementing sourcing strategies, negotiating with suppliers, ensuring the highest quality standards, and maintaining cost efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sourcing, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the industry regulations and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sourcing strategies for pharmaceutical products.
Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery.
Negotiate contracts and terms to secure optimal supplier agreements.
Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline sourcing operations.
Conduct market research to track industry trends and pricing.
Manage the sourcing budget and report on performance metrics.
Develop risk management strategies to prevent supply disruptions.
Lead and mentor the sourcing team, promoting excellence and growth.

Qualifications:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: 3-4 years of sourcing/procurement experience in pharmaceutical finished goods.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards.
Proven success in supplier negotiations and contract management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in sourcing software and procurement tools.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
