Role Overview – Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced, confident, and results-driven Marketing Manager who:
✔ Understands Canadian & American small business owners
✔ Can manage an entire marketing team effectively
✔ Is a quick decision-maker & problem-solver
✔ Is self-aware, dependable, and hungry for growth

✔ Can provide weekly reports to the business owner

Key Responsibilities

???? Develop and execute an education-driven marketing strategy
???? Manage YouTube channel growth from scratch
???? Oversee content creation, SEO, email marketing, and digital ads
???? Ensure high-quality blogs, eBooks, infographics, and case studies
???? Optimize Google & Social Media advertising campaigns
???? Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals
???? Analyze marketing performance and report progress weekly

Requirements

✔ 1+ year of experience as an Education Marketing Team Manager
✔ 1+ year of experience working with Canadian/American small businesses
✔ Proven experience in Video Marketing & YouTube channel growth from scratch
✔ Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills
✔ Ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing strategies
