Digital Marketing Executive (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

Location: In-person
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Experience: 3–6 months (internships/freshers with strong interest welcome)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and managing campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
  • Support Meta Ads campaigns via Facebook & Instagram using Meta Business Suite.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and budget allocation.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimization suggestions.
  • Collaborate on ad creative testing to improve CTR and conversions.
  • Report key metrics like ROAS, CPC, ACoS, and CTR.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and platform updates.

What We're Looking For

  • 3 - 6 months of experience in Google Ads or Meta Ads (internships count!)
  • OR strong foundational knowledge with a demonstrated eagerness to learn.
  • Familiarity with ad platforms like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics and tracking.
  • Analytical mindset and comfort working with campaign data.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive, growth-focused attitude.
