Role Overview:

As an Assistant Manager in the Market Research and Greenfield department, you will step into a first-level management position. This role offers a platform to demonstrate both technical proficiency and people management skills by ensuring seamless operational delivery, client communication, and strategic problem-solving.

You will be expected to collaborate across departments and support the Strategy, Greenfield, and M&A Head on various strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand various regulatory frameworks relevant to market entry strategies in India.
Maintain active and effective communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and meet deadlines.
Lead and manage change efforts effectively while aligning with client goals.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Partners, Managers, Staff) and external entities (Clients, Business Partners, Associates).
Serve as a business advisor to clients by providing insights and recommendations for business improvement.
Supervise, mentor, and guide intermediate and junior staff on project deliverables.
Assist the Strategy, Greenfield, and M&A Head in delivering various strategic initiatives.
Analyze diverse industries and markets to identify growth strategies and cost optimization opportunities.
Create high-quality presentations, reports, and documents for internal and client use.

Skillsets We’re Looking For:

Must-Have:

Strong analytical and business research capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to synthesize information and offer actionable strategic insights.
Experience in managing stakeholders and mentoring team members.
Aptitude for identifying and solving client business problems using a data-driven approach.

Good to Have:

A balanced right-brain/left-brain approach (creative + analytical thinking).
Experience in strategic consulting or advisory roles.
