We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Telemarketing Representative who is fluent in French to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will engage with potential clients, promote our products/services, and deliver excellent customer service—all while working from the comfort of your home.

???? Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and discuss our offerings
Explain product/service features and benefits clearly in French
Build strong rapport and provide personalized solutions based on client needs
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
Maintain accurate data in our CRM system regarding calls, leads, and interactions
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and supportive work culture
Stay informed about our products, industry updates, and market trends

✅ Qualifications:

Fluent in French (both written and spoken)
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-driven with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals
Comfortable using CRM tools and standard office software
Must have a quiet, professional work environment at home
Availability to work the scheduled 9 AM – 6 PM (GMT+1) shift, 5 days/week
