About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Product Marketing Specialist to support Developer Relations at Contentstack. This role is a hybrid position that bridges the gap between our technical capabilities and market needs, while building strong relationships with the developer community.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Product Marketing

Create compelling technical content such as blogs, guides, case studies, and product documentation.
Collaborate with product teams to translate complex technical features into clear value propositions.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and products.
Create and present technical demonstrations for various audiences.

Developer Relations

Build and nurture relationships with the developer community through multiple channels.
Produce developer-focused content (e.g., tutorials, code samples, API documentation).
Assist in managing the Discord developer community and supporting community events.
Gather and relay developer feedback to product and engineering teams.
Support and host workshops and webinars for technical audiences.

Required Qualifications

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Communication, Business, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in technical marketing or developer relations.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and modern development practices.
- Proven ability to create technical content and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) or digital experience platforms.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, and marketing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with headless CMS or composable architecture.
Public speaking experience at technical conferences.
Active participation in developer communities.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
