Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Partner Relationship Manager – Emerging Markets to join our Partner Relationship team and drive global expansion across LATAM, India, Middle East, and beyond. You’ll build and manage reseller partnerships, owning the partner lifecycle from onboarding to revenue growth. This is a quota-carrying role with high visibility and global impact.

Key Responsibilities

Own 360° partner relationships across your territory—from onboarding to GTM execution.
Identify and launch reseller programs in key markets.
Develop joint business plans and partner marketing strategies with System Integrators (SIs).
Negotiate and sign reseller agreements.
Act as the subject matter expert on regional partner portfolio for internal teams.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, ops) to drive mutual success.
Manage day-to-day partner communications and support requests.
Share best practices across global partner teams and ensure coordinated execution.
Track and report on performance using OKRs, KPIs, and quotas.

Requirements

8+ years in partner or channel management, preferably with technology or SaaS platforms.
Proven experience in launching and scaling reseller programs.
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred.
Strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making.
A natural networker with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Independent, results-driven mindset with cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Willingness to travel regularly as needed.
A team player with a positive presence and a love for having fun!
