We are looking for a qualified and experienced Site Supervisor to manage and oversee interior work execution on-site. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in supervising construction and interior fit-out projects while ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are strictly followed.
Supervise and manage workers and subcontractors on-site
Ensure execution aligns with design, specifications, and quality standards
Coordinate daily activities to meet project timelines and goals
Monitor adherence to safety and site protocols
Check quality of all materials delivered to site
Liaise with vendors for procurement of materials
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and contractors
Hands-on experience in interior site supervision
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior finishing details
Ability to prepare reports and coordinate with multiple teams
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Shift: Day Shift (Preferred), Night Shift (if required)
Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred)
