Willingness to Travel: 50% (Preferred)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities, ensuring timely project execution, and maintaining quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site surveys and technical assessments for construction projects.
Supervise daily on-site activities, ensuring timelines and budget adherence.
Manage the preparation and execution of foundation works and structural elements.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues.
Maintain and prepare comprehensive site reports, including:
- Progress reports
- Site diaries
- Inspection records
Ensure adherence to site safety and health protocols; report any hazards or incidents promptly.
Resolve on-site challenges and provide technical guidance as needed.
Perform quality control checks to ensure structural integrity and compliance.

Requirements:

Diploma in Civil Engineering (Preferred).
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry (Required).
Proficiency in engineering software like AutoCAD.
Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Effective communication and team coordination skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
