Job Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a B2B marketing generalist with a strong background in content marketing, event marketing, PR activities, and partnerships.

You will be responsible for generating inbound leads and brand awareness through various marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s short-term and long-term goals.
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution, from concept to completion.
  • Plan, coordinate, and promote company-hosted events to ensure success and exceptional client experiences.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop regional programs and integrated campaigns to achieve lead targets and revenue goals.
  • Drive digital marketing efforts, including SEO, content marketing, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Increase brand awareness through PR activities, speaking opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop and manage the content strategy, working with industry leaders, customers, and internal teams to generate innovative content.
  • Set up and manage marketing analytics to track campaign performance and optimize strategies.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product Development, and Customer Support to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall company objectives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Experience in managing a marketing team.
  • Strong track record of collaborating with sales teams to drive awareness and revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting to assess campaign performance.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRMs.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and metrics-driven marketing.
  • Ability to travel and participate in events as needed.
  • Interest in the event industry is a plus.
