About the Role

We are hiring a Marketing Analyst to serve as the key bridge between our Marketing Operations and Business Intelligence (BI) teams. This person will play a crucial role in enabling data-driven marketing by providing actionable insights, optimizing performance tracking, and improving collaboration between departments.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Data & Performance Analysis

Define and track key marketing performance metrics, including campaign and program performance, and CMO dashboards.
Collaborate with marketing teams to identify reporting needs and ensure data availability.
Analyze data to identify trends, generate insights, and suggest optimizations.

Collaboration Between Marketing & BI

Act as the liaison between Marketing Operations and BI.
Translate marketing’s analytical needs into technical requirements for the BI team.
Ensure the data warehouse architecture aligns with marketing analytics needs.

Data Infrastructure & Visualization

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across platforms.
Use tools like Snowflake, Tableau, Looker Studio, and Supermetrics to create dashboards.
Ensure smooth integration and structured reporting from platforms like Marketo and Salesforce (SFDC).

What You Bring

Experience

5+ years in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or related data-centric roles.

Technical Skills

Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake preferred).
Strong SQL skills for querying marketing data.
Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker Studio.
Familiarity with Supermetrics, Marketo, and Salesforce.
Knowledge of marketing funnel analytics.

Business & Communication Skills

Solid understanding of CMO dashboards, ROI, campaign/program performance.
Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Data-driven mindset — skilled at analyzing large datasets and making recommendations.

Bonus Points

Understanding of marketing budget tracking and ROI analysis.
