We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Sales Associates to join our team in Maharashtra, India. As a Sales Associate at Netflix, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales. Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
Assist customers in identifying and selecting products that meet their needs.
Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and company policies.
Process transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
Restock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the sales floor remains presentable.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and uphold a positive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Basic proficiency in using computers and POS systems.

Experience

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours

Full-time and part-time shifts available.
