We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in Google Ads, PPC, Facebook Ads, SEO, SEM, SMM, and Affiliate Marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing data-driven marketing campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving business growth.
✔ Paid Media Management:
Take full control of Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn Ads to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CPA.
Reduce agency dependency and manage paid media in-house.
Conduct A/B testing, monitor campaign performance, and optimize accordingly.
✔ SEO & Performance Marketing:
Manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
Conduct keyword research for effective Google PPC campaigns.
Stay updated on Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and ShareChat policies.
✔ Campaign Execution & Growth Strategies:
Run SMS, Email, WhatsApp, and Push Notification campaigns.
Align with industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
Utilize tools like CleverTap and Google Analytics for performance tracking.
✅ 2+ years of experience in running ROI-driven digital marketing campaigns.
✅ Strong expertise in Google & Facebook Ads (at least 2+ years).
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Facebook Ads Manager / Power Editor.
✅ Excellent analytical skills and ability to leverage data for optimization.
✅ Curious & problem-solving mindset with a passion for digital growth.
