Role Overview:

As the Performance Marketing Specialist, you will spearhead biddable media strategies across Google, Facebook, and other platforms. You’ll be responsible for developing measurable, data-driven solutions to help clients achieve their eCommerce and marketing goals. This leadership role also involves building a high-performance digital marketing team, optimizing campaigns, and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute paid marketing strategies across platforms like Google and Facebook. Build frameworks and processes to elevate MediaX’s performance marketing offerings.
Performance Management: Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, online sales revenue, lead costs, and campaign performance, driving sustainable growth.
Client Partnerships: Lead client relationships, serving as a strategic advisor. Present media proposals, creative plans, and long-term growth strategies.
Creative Media Planning: Design tailored media plans, selecting optimal channels, formats, and placements while maximizing ROI within budget constraints.
Optimization and Innovation: Identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of market trends, platform updates, and emerging ad formats.
Team Development: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a learning and growth-oriented environment.
Campaign Oversight: Oversee campaign launches, troubleshoot underperforming campaigns, and ensure alignment with client objectives.
Creative Collaboration: Work with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and provide actionable feedback based on performance data.
Process Building: Establish best practices, SOPs, and reporting mechanisms to streamline and scale the performance marketing function.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

Experience: 4+ years in performance marketing (preferably in PPC or paid media), with a proven track record of driving strong ROAS and delivering measurable results.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Google, and other biddable platforms.
- Hands-on experience using social media advertising to drive conversions.
- Strong analytical and optimization skills to diagnose and improve campaign performance in real-time.
- Excellent managerial and leadership skills to guide and mentor a growing team.
- Creative and strategic mindset, capable of aligning media strategies with broader business goals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to confidently pitch media strategies to clients.
- Proficiency in managing advertising budgets and tracking campaign outcomes.
- A solution-oriented, proactive approach to campaign management.
