Job Description

Iris Brands LLP is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to drive paid advertising and growth campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Google, and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of data-driven marketing, ad optimization, and conversion strategies to maximize ROI and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on various digital platforms.
✔ Develop performance-driven strategies to enhance conversions, engagement, and reach.
✔ Conduct A/B testing, analyze key metrics, and refine targeting for better results.
✔ Manage budgets effectively to ensure high ROI and cost efficiency.
✔ Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives.
✔ Stay updated with platform algorithms, industry trends, and best practices.
✔ Generate insights and performance reports for future campaign improvements.

Requirements

✔ 3-4 years of proven experience in performance marketing and paid media.
✔ Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
✔ Expertise in campaign analytics, audience segmentation, and remarketing.
✔ Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other ad tools.
✔ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
