Job Description:

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can manage eCommerce clients and drive measurable end conversions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong track record in the eCommerce space, with a focus on Facebook and Google advertising, and must have proven success in scaling campaigns and optimizing ad performance.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Setup & Optimization: Handle the setup and optimization of campaigns on Google and Facebook, ensuring they deliver measurable ROI.
Ad Creation & Testing: Create compelling ad copy and design for campaigns, continuously testing everything to maximize performance.
Audience Management & Research: Manage and research target audiences to ensure accurate targeting and high conversion rates.
Re-marketing: Implement effective re-marketing strategies to re-engage past visitors and customers.
Campaign Performance Reporting: Provide monthly campaign performance reports to clients and the company director, detailing key metrics, insights, and optimization recommendations.
Collaboration: Coordinate directly with clients and the company director to drive results and refine strategies.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience: 1-5 years of experience in performance marketing or paid online advertising.
Skills:
- Proven ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) case studies.
- Expert knowledge of advanced scaling methods.
- Ability to test and optimize campaigns effectively.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and an ability to drive results.
Personal Traits:
- Self-driven and motivated.
- Confident in managing client relationships and driving results independently.
- Comfortable working remotely and communicating efficiently with a team.

Joining Terms:

Initially, you will work with us on a virtual assistance basis for the first 3 months. During this period, you can continue your current work while collaborating with us remotely.
After 3 months, we will review the collaboration, and there may be an opportunity for a full-time position.
