About the Role

This is not just another social media marketing job! We are looking for a performance-driven marketing expert who can strategically run high-budget paid ad campaigns to generate quality leads and revenue.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms to optimize conversions and ensure a high return on ad spend (ROAS).

Key Responsibilities

✔ Run high-performing paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
✔ Optimize sales funnels to maximize conversions and reduce drop-offs
✔ Analyze key marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and optimize performance
✔ Manage ad budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI
✔ Leverage SEO, retargeting, email automation, and paid search for lead generation
✔ Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals

What We’re Looking For
