Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing the brand’s social media presence, creating innovative marketing campaigns, and collaborating with various departments to maintain a cohesive and effective brand message. This position will play a key role in overseeing design and branding requests to ensure all internal and external content aligns with our brand identity and business objectives.


Roles & Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.

  • Oversee social media content, ensuring consistency in voice and style.

  • Monitor analytics to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.

Marketing Campaign Development:

  • Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns for new services and company initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights for campaign development.

  • Track, analyze, and adjust campaign performance to maximize effectiveness.

Interdepartmental Collaboration:

  • Serve as a liaison between the marketing department and other divisions.

  • Facilitate communication across teams to align on marketing efforts and strategies.

Design and Branding Management:

  • Oversee design requests for internal and external content, ensuring alignment with brand standards.

  • Collaborate with designers and creative team members to produce impactful materials.

  • Maintain and update branding guidelines across all company materials.


Requirements

  • Reliable Wired Internet Connection: Minimum 25 Mbps speed.

  • Computer Requirements:

    • Intel Core i3 or equivalent processor

    • At least 4 GB RAM (8 GB preferred)

    • Minimum 128 GB of free storage space

    • Functioning webcam and microphone

    • Updated antivirus software; VPN is preferred but not required

  • Backup Systems: Reliable backup for electricity and internet outages

  • Location: Must be able to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST)


Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Preferably an MBA, or a Master’s/Bachelor’s in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or Economics.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a marketing role, with a focus on social media management and campaign development.

  • Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English.

  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools; experience in building and managing digital brand followings.

  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

  • Creative thinking and innovative approach to marketing.

  • Excellent project management skills.
