Marketing Manager – Brewery

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to oversee and execute all marketing initiatives for our brewery. The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Management

✔ Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
✔ Maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms and marketing materials
✔ Ensure all campaigns highlight the brewery’s vision, values, and unique selling points

2. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management

✔ Oversee website, social media platforms, and email marketing
✔ Create and curate engaging content (posts, photos, videos, blogs)
✔ Grow and manage social media communities on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
✔ Use analytics tools to track engagement, measure success, and optimize content

3. Advertising & Public Relations

✔ Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, print, radio, etc.)
✔ Build relationships with local media, influencers, and bloggers for media exposure
✔ Write and distribute press releases and manage media inquiries

4. Event Marketing & Promotions

✔ Plan and promote brewery tours, tastings, festivals, and special events
✔ Develop seasonal beer release promotions, collaborations, and loyalty programs
✔ Track and analyze campaign success, adjusting strategies as needed

5. Market Research & Customer Engagement

✔ Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
✔ Analyze marketing data (website traffic, social media insights, email metrics)
✔ Develop and manage customer relationship management (CRM) strategies

6. Partnerships & Budget Management

✔ Identify and establish brand partnerships with local businesses, distributors, and influencers
✔ Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
✔ Work closely with sales, production, and operations teams to align marketing efforts

7. Performance Reporting

✔ Regularly report on marketing performance metrics, including ROI, customer engagement, and sales impact
✔ Provide data-driven recommendations for marketing improvements

Qualifications & Skills

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
✔ 3+ years of experience in marketing (preferably in food & beverage or craft beer industry)
✔ Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
✔ Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media analytics tools
✔ Excellent writing and communication skills for creating compelling content
✔ Creative thinker with a passion for innovative marketing strategies
✔ Strong project management and organizational skills
✔ Passion for craft beer, food, and beverage industry trends
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
