Key Responsibilities

???? Develop & Implement Marketing Strategies – Create and execute compelling online and offline marketing campaigns that enhance brand positioning and engagement.
???? Market Research & Consumer Insights – Analyze industry trends, identify customer behavior patterns, and leverage insights for competitive marketing strategies.
???? Content & Brand Storytelling – Craft engaging narratives across social media, web, and advertising platforms to build brand awareness.
???? Performance Marketing – Manage and optimize Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook Ads, ensuring high ROI and cost-effectiveness.
???? Budget & Media Planning – Oversee brand management, budget allocation, media planning, content marketing, and event execution.
???? Analytics & Reporting – Track key performance indicators, analyze data from Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
???? Agency & Team Collaboration – Work with internal teams and external agencies to execute high-impact marketing initiatives.
???? Event & PR Management – Organize corporate and consumer marketing events, and manage public relations strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

✔ 5+ years of experience in Marketing (preferably in digital & performance marketing).
✔ Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, Display Marketing, and Marketing Automation.
✔ Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms.
✔ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
✔ Excellent communication & presentation skills.
✔ Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive brand growth.
✔ Proficiency in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
✔ Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field (Preferred).
