We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will oversee all marketing initiatives, ensuring our clients' success by delivering results-driven strategies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Manage Marketing Department:
Oversee the marketing team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive client success.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze KPIs to optimize marketing efforts, ensuring campaigns are effective and deliver measurable results.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a remote team, promoting a culture of innovation, speed, and integrity while aligning team efforts with company values.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.
Innovation & Growth:
Introduce and execute new ideas and strategies based on industry trends and research to drive growth and innovation.
Project Management:
Ensure marketing projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent work experience.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field with a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Bitrix24).
Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities.
Certifications:
Google AdWords and Analytics Certification.
Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Meta Certified Media Buying Professional.
SEO certifications from recognized institutions or platforms.
PPC certifications such as the Google Ads Certification.
Industry Experience:
Experience in the healthcare or dental industry.
