As an Academic Counselor, you will play a key role in guiding students and their families through educational options, admission requirements, and academic programs. You will also be responsible for handling inquiries, maintaining databases, and preparing reports.
✔ Student Counseling: Inform students and parents about academic programs, admission requirements, and policies.
✔ Guidance & Support: Provide students and families with educational options to help them make informed decisions.
✔ Database Management: Maintain and contribute to the institutional database of prospective and current students.
✔ Reporting & Documentation: Prepare reports, proposals, and respond to student inquiries and requests from external agencies.
✔ Communication Handling: Manage email inquiries and provide timely responses.
✔ Interpersonal Engagement: Maintain good communication and interpersonal relationships with students and parents.
