The ideal candidate will be skilled in platforms like MoEngage, OSM, WATI.io, and ODOO triggers, with a strong emphasis on optimizing email deliverability, creating dynamic templates, and enhancing customer engagement through push notifications and WhatsApp campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

???? Email, WhatsApp & Push Notification Campaigns

Plan, design, and execute high-converting email and WhatsApp campaigns.
Utilize platforms like MoEngage, OSM, WATI.io, and other CRM tools.
Develop automated workflows and trigger-based messaging using ODOO.
Personalize campaigns with dynamic templates for better audience engagement.
Optimize email deliverability, open rates, and conversion metrics.

???? Technical & Backend Operations

Manage email broadcasting, CRM triggers, and automation workflows.
Ensure compliance with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC email authentication protocols.
Troubleshoot backend issues related to email servers, spam filters, and integrations.
Implement and monitor email journey flows for seamless automation.
Ensure adherence to industry best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

???? Sales & Performance Optimization

Design and execute conversion-focused email, WhatsApp, and push sequences.
Conduct A/B testing and optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs.
Leverage audience segmentation and personalization to enhance ROI.

???? Collaboration & Reporting

Work with design and content teams to create engaging marketing materials.
Provide performance reports with actionable insights and growth strategies.
Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

✔️ Experience: 3 years in email, push notification, and WhatsApp marketing (Required).
✔️ Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with MoEngage, OSM, WATI.io, and ODOO triggers.
✔️ Email Infrastructure Knowledge: Strong understanding of email deliverability, inbox placement, and authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
✔️ Optimization Skills: Proven ability to meet monthly sales targets through campaign optimization.
