Job Overview

Black Rock Digital is seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist with 7–8+ years of agency experience to lead and execute omnichannel marketing strategies. You will work closely with teams in Canada and India to deliver high-performing campaigns across paid and organic channels, focusing on customer acquisition and lifetime value.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop and implement comprehensive digital and offline marketing strategies.

    • Manage day-to-day digital projects (e.g., website launches, online tools, advertising campaigns).

    • Oversee and optimize all paid lead generation channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).

    • Translate brand strategy into actionable marketing objectives and campaign plans.

  • Performance & Analytics:

    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights, and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.

    • Manage ad tech tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, tracking pixels).

    • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and customer touchpoints.

  • Collaboration & Leadership:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product launches and community engagement.

    • Provide strategic guidance to internal teams and international clients.


Requirements

  • Experience:

    • 7–8+ years in Paid Search (PPC), Google Shopping, Display, and Video Ads (YouTube preferred).

    • Proven expertise in managing Facebook/Instagram Ads with advanced targeting and optimization.

    • Agency experience managing PPC accounts across various business verticals.

    • Experience working directly with international clients.

  • Skills:

    • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and product feeds.

    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.

    • AdWords certification is a plus.
