About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our digital marketing team. The primary responsibility is to coordinate marketing campaigns, facilitate communication between the Managing Director (MD) and the marketing team, and assist in implementing digital strategies. You will collaborate closely with the MD to align marketing efforts with business objectives, manage daily team operations, and execute strategies across various channels, including SEO, PPC, and Social Media.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Coordination: Act as the point of contact between the MD and the digital marketing team, ensuring tasks are assigned and executed on time.
  • Campaign Management: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • Performance Tracking: Implement and track campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and generate regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI for the MD.
  • Content Coordination: Ensure timely creation and distribution of content across digital platforms in line with marketing objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to maintain brand consistency.
  • Schedule Management: Oversee the calendar for digital campaigns and projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide insights based on campaign performance data to optimize strategies and improve results.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, tracking budgets, and maintaining proper documentation.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the capability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal coordination and external reporting.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to review campaigns and materials for accuracy and quality.
  • Collaboration: Strong ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, content writers, and developers.
  • Problem-Solving: Capability to identify and resolve issues efficiently to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Team Handling: Effective team management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms is an advantage.
