Job Description
As a Content Marketing & SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing content marketing and SEO strategies. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in content marketing, search engine optimization, and experience in B2B SaaS, no-code/low-code, or enterprise technology sectors.
The ideal candidate should be an experienced storyteller and strategic thinker, capable of creating high-quality content that drives organic growth, generates leads, and positions the company as an industry thought leader.
Key Responsibilities
Content Marketing & Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business goals and buyer personas.
- Identify high-impact themes, topics, and distribution channels for maximum audience engagement.
- Create and manage high-quality content, including:
- Blog posts
- Whitepapers
- Case studies
- Webinars
- Videos
- Landing pages
- Social media content
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Teams) to ensure content aligns with business objectives.
- Produce authoritative and insightful content to position the company as a thought leader in no-code/low-code, DevOps, and enterprise SaaS industries.
- Develop and implement lead generation campaigns, optimizing for metrics like MQLs and SQLs.
SEO & Performance Analysis
- Create and execute a robust SEO strategy to drive organic traffic growth, improve search rankings, and enhance visibility.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and implement on-page & off-page SEO strategies (content structure, meta tags, and technical SEO elements).
- Leverage SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz to monitor and analyze performance (organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlinks).
- Stay updated with SEO trends like Search Generative Experience (SGE) and integrate them into content strategies.
- Optimize all content for SEO best practices to enhance search engine performance and align with user intent.
- Utilize AI-driven tools for content ideation, personalization, and performance monitoring.
- Track performance metrics such as:
- Organic traffic growth
- Social media engagement
- Content ROI
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
- Organic traffic
- Keyword rankings
- MQL/SQL conversion rates
- Social media engagement
- Use performance insights to adjust and improve content strategies and production efficiency.
Technical Content & Thought Leadership
- Develop and optimize technical content for enterprise SaaS, no-code/low-code, DevOps, and requirements management.
- Collaborate with internal experts to produce engaging and technically accurate content for enterprise audiences.
- Research and execute guest blogging, partnerships, and link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and industry visibility.
- Manage content calendars to ensure on-time delivery of all assets.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive branding and content delivery.
- Contribute to the development of product-focused collateral, whitepapers, and marketing flyers.
Requirements
Mandatory Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in content marketing & SEO, preferably in SaaS, DevOps, or enterprise technology industries.
- 5+ years of experience in paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow).
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of published work.
- Advanced understanding of SEO best practices, keyword strategies, and digital marketing tactics.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven tools for content creation and strategy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B SaaS content marketing and enterprise lead generation.
- Familiarity with AI, automation trends, and technical topics like DevOps and requirements management.
- Expertise in link-building, off-page SEO, and domain authority strategies.
- Knowledge of tools like Azure DevOps and similar software development platforms.
- Strong technical writing skills for enterprise audiences.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: ₹430 - ₹690 per hour
