Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Competitive & Market Intelligence Advisor, you will:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor for Accenture leaders and deal teams.

  • Provide critical insights about Accenture’s clients, markets, offerings, and competition.

  • Enable leadership to improve competitive positioning on deals and drive sales decisions.

  • Lead a Competitive Intelligence team at the Market or Offering Group level.

  • Track and maintain an engagement scorecard for market and offering groups.

  • Lead analysis of market and competitive trends across key themes.

  • Develop points of view and evaluate business implications from emerging trends.

  • Deliver actionable insights to differentiate and optimize deals.

  • Develop best practices to promote team productivity and efficiency.

  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and drive collaboration.

  • Mentor and develop team members.


Professional & Technical Skills Required:

  • Experience: A minimum of 8 years in a similar role.

  • Education: Master’s degree or comparable coursework/experience.

  • Fluency: English language fluency (oral and written).

  • People Management: Experience in leading and managing teams.

  • Work Environment: Ability to work flexible hours as required by business needs.

    • Must have good internet connectivity and a distraction-free environment for remote work, as per local guidelines.
