???? Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and tracking of online experiences for Asset Management’s web properties globally using the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS Platform. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop creative concepts and implement interactive features for ongoing initiatives and campaigns.

???? Roles & Responsibilities

Content Management & Development:
- Work with Content Specialists, Design Specialists, and Marketing Strategists to create interactive digital experiences for websites.
- Handle content authoring for Asset Management’s external client websites across regions.
- Maintain content standards and ensure consistency in the look and feel of web properties.
Project Management:
- Act as a liaison between Product, Technology, and Channel Management teams to work on platform enhancements.
- Manage projects from start to finish, including coordinating with stakeholders on web content development and client email communication as part of marketing outreach.
- Coordinate tasks and ensure timely execution of projects, using JIRA (Project Management Tool) for tracking and details.
Technical Skills & Content Publishing:
- Keep current with emerging web technologies and propose/develop interactive content.
- Utilize Adobe tools like AEM, Dreamweaver, and Acrobat along with HTML and Microsoft Office Suite for content management and publishing.
- Maintain high standards for content quality, ensuring timely and effective electronic publishing.

???? Requirements

Qualification: Post Graduate (MBA) preferred.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or content management.
- Experience with AEM CMS platform is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of HTML, Adobe Acrobat, Dreamweaver, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Some understanding of the asset management business.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
- Excellent client service and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal clients.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and deliver accurate and engaging content.
