The Channel Sales team plays a pivotal role in developing strategic partnerships, driving adoption of key programs, and transforming collaboration into impactful action. As the bridge between our cutting-edge Client Solutions Group (CSG) product portfolio and our channel partners, this team is vital in expanding reach and accelerating growth.
As an Account Executive – Channel Sales, you will be responsible for enabling key partners, executing growth initiatives, and delivering an outstanding partner experience, while driving the adoption of Dell's Client Solutions portfolio.
You will:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and accelerate CSG growth via partner engagement.
Drive initiatives such as AI PC adoption, PC refresh cycles, and attach strategies for Client Peripherals & Displays (CP&D).
Serve as a trusted advisor by offering technical expertise, sharing competitive insights, and communicating product roadmaps.
Lead enablement planning and training for Partner Sales and Technical teams aligned with Dell’s Modern Workforce strategy.
Collaborate with Product Operations, Marketing, and Partner Programs to drive execution and optimize marketing campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in technology sales or partner enablement, particularly in Client Solutions and IT services.
Proven track record in building and managing partner relationships and achieving sales growth through indirect models.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to position products in complex IT environments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
