Outbound calling – Mortgage and Finance (Australian Client)

Position: Sales Representative

Captive Unit

Location: Work from office (Delhi)

Shift Timing: 6 AM to 2:30 PM

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct Outbound calls to the campaign
Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements through discovery calls.
Upsell other products wherever possible.
Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experienced (Minimum 6 months)
Well-versed in spoken and written English
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Good time management skills
Experience in BPO and Sales background in financial products (loans, Insurance, etc.) will be highly regarded
We are looking for enthusiastic people who are team players and can add value to a dynamic team
