You won’t be tied to a script — instead, you’ll be trained to think on your feet and bring your own personality into each interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and/or email
Provide support on orders, products, payments, and website navigation
Use internal tools to research, resolve, and respond to customer issues
Deliver a personalized and exceptional support experience

- Wired (ethernet) connection required (Wi-Fi not permitted)
