???? Job Description

As a Trust & Safety Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring a secure online environment by managing and moderating content across various platforms. Your role involves analyzing user-generated content, identifying violations of terms of service, and ensuring that offensive content is flagged for action. You will also lead and motivate a team of content moderators to ensure efficient and accurate content review. This position requires exposure to potentially sensitive content, which you will need to handle with professionalism and confidentiality.


???? Roles & Responsibilities

  • Content Moderation:

    • Review photos, videos, and text-based content for violations of client terms of service.

    • Identify and flag inappropriate or harmful content, such as spam, explicit materials, and personal identifiable information.

    • Help victims remove explicit content from online platforms.

  • Team Leadership & Management:

    • Lead a team of ~25 content moderators.

    • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.

    • Conduct daily pre-shift and post-shift meetings to discuss performance, process updates, and organizational initiatives.

  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

    • Ensure the team meets Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

    • Analyze the team's performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement:

    • Analyze complex problems and propose solutions to improve processes.

    • Review work for accuracy and quality, ensuring that all content moderation tasks are handled correctly.

  • Client & Stakeholder Interaction:

    • Engage with internal stakeholders and clients as needed.

    • Act as the point of contact for clients regarding content moderation issues.


???? What Are We Looking For?

  • Skills & Qualifications:

    • Mandatory: 5+ years of experience in Content Moderation or Digital Marketing, with at least 1 year of experience in team management.

    • Knowledge of HTML, HTTP codes, and basic JavaScript.

    • Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing/Online Ad Campaigns.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

    • Ability to work effectively both as an individual contributor and as a team leader.

    • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Graduation in BA, B.Com, or a relevant field (Note: No Science/IT/Engineering graduates).

  • Personal Attributes:

    • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to manage interactions effectively.

    • Flexibility and adaptability to changing work requirements.

    • Professionalism, ethical conduct, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.

  • Manage content moderation for various platforms to ensure that content complies with company policies.
