What You'll Do

As part of the Global People Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in driving people analytics at BCG across regions and businesses.
You will be working very closely with senior business leaders across geographies, to understand their business challenges & priorities, and translate those into analytical problem statements to drive more effective decision making using people data.
A large part of this role will require relationship building & thought partnering with senior stakeholders across People teams.
You will be leading the business servicing and partnering role within the Global People Analytics team. You will be the point of contact for senior business and functional leaders across our People Teams, to support their analytics needs and problem solve using analytical frameworks and data. You will be leading a team of Generalists.
Key focus would be to drive improvements in effectiveness and efficiency within the Global business and functions with regular and ad hoc reporting, insight generation, automation and analysis.
The role creates clarity, solves problems and drives alignment whilst appropriately adjusting for geographic and business unit nuances. It shapes metrics, scorecards and analyses required to track performance vs the strategic People agendas for People teams and uses data to shape the leadership discussions required to drive change.
Strong problem solving, networking, influencing and communication skills (verbal, written and PowerPoint) are absolutely essential.

What You'll Bring

12-15 years’ experience in leading high impact analytics projects, and working with senior stakeholders
Advanced analytical know-how in reporting, analytics and business partnering (must haves)
Very strong influencing, networking and relationship building skills (must haves)
Project and change management experience (must haves)
Strong written and verbal communication skills (must haves)
Client/executive level presentation preparation experience
Relevant educational qualifications such as an MBA or an advanced degree
Experience with HR data (good to have)
