???? Experience Required: Minimum 2-3 years in US Travel Sales (Voice Process - Inbound Sales)
???? Assist customers in identifying and booking their ideal travel plans based on preferences and requirements.
???? GDS Expertise: Must have hands-on experience with any GDS (Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre, Apollo, Worldspan).
???? Handle issuance, re-issuance, date changes, schedule changes, and refunds efficiently.
???? Negotiate and customize travel plans as per customer needs.
???? Ensure seamless booking experiences by resolving travel-related issues.
???? Maintain and update a guest database with travel details.
???? Convert inbound travel inquiries into successful bookings and achieve sales targets.
???? Strong follow-up on leads and calls to maximize conversions.
???? Coordinate with airlines and handle flight-related concerns.
✔ Minimum 1+ years of experience in US Travel Sales (Inbound Voice Process).
✔ Strong knowledge of city codes, airports, train stations, and international geography.
✔ Excellent communication (verbal & written) and negotiation skills.
✔ Proven ability to meet sales and revenue targets.
✔ Must be comfortable handling calls assertively and efficiently.
✔ Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
