???? Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Promote and sell domestic travel products and services.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable packages.

  • Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets (monthly, quarterly, yearly).

Product Expertise:

  • Stay informed about destinations, tours, accommodations, and market trends.

  • Provide accurate and detailed info to customers on travel plans.

Booking & Coordination:

  • Process bookings: flights, hotels, and tour packages.

  • Coordinate with partners (hotels, airlines) to ensure smooth experiences.

  • Handle modifications, cancellations, and customer support queries.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Act as the go-to person for clients before, during, and after travel.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations & Customer Support teams.

  • Support campaigns and events to boost visibility and sales.

Sales Reporting & KPIs:

  • Track performance and provide timely updates.

  • Key Metrics:

    • Sales target achievement

    • Lead-to-sale conversions

    • Booking accuracy and speed

    • Customer satisfaction ratings


???? Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's in Tourism, Business, or a related field (preferred).

  • Experience: Prior experience in sales (especially travel industry) is a plus.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication & negotiation skills

    • Proficiency in MS Office & CRM software

    • Attention to detail & strong organizational abilities

    • Team spirit and ability to work independently

    • Customer-first mindset & problem-solving attitude
