Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Lead Generation

Generate leads and convert them into sales by promoting domestic travel products and services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages based on their needs.
Follow up with existing and potential customers to close sales.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Product Knowledge

Maintain in-depth knowledge of domestic destinations, tours, and travel packages.
Stay updated with the latest trends in the domestic travel market, including new destinations, hotels, airlines, etc.
Provide accurate and detailed information to clients about itineraries, accommodations, and services.

Booking and Coordination

Process customer bookings and reservations, including flights, hotels, and tour packages.
Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners (hotels, airlines, etc.) to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and other travel-related inquiries.

Client Relationship Management

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Provide personalized services and assist customers with post-sales support (e.g., travel documentation, customer concerns).
Act as a point of contact for clients before, during, and after their trips.

Sales Reporting & Collaboration

Maintain accurate sales reporting and ensure timeliness and accuracy of booking processing.
Collaborate with other departments (marketing, operations, customer support) to enhance the customer experience.
Participate in promotional events and campaigns to increase sales and brand visibility.

Skills and Qualifications:

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Achievement of sales targets (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
Number of new leads converted into customers.
Customer satisfaction and feedback.
Timeliness and accuracy of booking processing.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in sales (preferably in the travel industry or a related field) is an advantage.
Knowledge of domestic travel destinations, products, and services.
