Position Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic recent graduates to join our dynamic IT support team. This entry-level role is designed for individuals eager to kick-start their careers in tech. You’ll gain hands-on experience, learn from industry leaders, and play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to and resolve day-to-day system issues reported by users within SLA timelines.
Perform system defect fixes, debugging, and daily maintenance tasks.
Monitor production health and manage incident resolution.
Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams and serve as a communication link.
Participate in training sessions to develop technical and professional skills.
Analyze data, generate reports, and deliver insights to support business decisions.
Collaborate across teams and contribute to analysis and development tasks when required.

Supplemental Responsibilities:

Willingness to work in rotational shifts and handle on-call responsibilities.
Perform additional duties as directed by management.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Core Java, SQL, and database concepts.
Internship or academic project experience is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in team environments and adapt to fast-paced workplaces.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure and cloud technologies is a plus.
Comfort working in remote and cross-functional teams.
