Position Details:

Position Title: Territory Sales Officer
Reports To: Regional Sales Manager
Role Type: Supervisor
External Key Customers: Chemists/Pharmacists
Location: Bhopal

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales/Business Development:

Build detailed knowledge of the target customer segment, selling processes, and skills for effective sales calls.
Hire, train, review, guide, and lead a motivated sales team to achieve assigned business targets.
Prepare the team’s coverage plan and actively promote the assigned product portfolio to target customers.
Achieve revenue, customer conversion, and market share targets in the assigned HQ.
Innovate communication strategies to educate target customers about our solutions.
Drive key account engagement and focus on building strong relationships.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Graduate degree from a reputable institution.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in pharmaceutical/OTC industry.
Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to reskill on digital products.
- Strong work ethics.
- Self-initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative and team player.
