Job Overview:

As a Territory Sales Executive at B. Braun, you will play a critical role in driving sales for our innovative healthcare products, particularly in Oncology. You will be responsible for managing sales operations within your designated territory, establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals, and implementing effective strategies to increase market share.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Target Achievement: Look after the territorial sales setup, ensuring that sales targets are achieved, and the territorial distribution network is managed effectively.

  • Oncology Focus: Drive project KPIs specifically for Oncology and develop rapport with oncologists in the designated area.

  • KOL Engagement: Facilitate scientific engagement and knowledge-sharing sessions to drive KOL (Key Opinion Leader) adoption.

  • Customer Base Development: Establish and maintain a strong customer base for all products in the assigned territory.

  • Sales Mix Improvement: Work towards achieving sales volume and improving the sales mix.

  • Product Knowledge: Ensure adequate product knowledge, maintain company-required accreditations, and stay updated on product information.

  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Create and implement sales and promotional strategies to boost market share, in synergy with the Marketing and support teams.

  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory/brands.

  • Reporting: Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, results, opportunities, and threats to the supervisor.

  • Compliance & Training: Adhere to company compliance policies and training guidelines.


What You Will Bring to the Team:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Biomedical Engineering.

  • Experience: 2-6 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical/medical industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Skills & Attributes:

    • Strong learning aptitude, logical planning, and organizational skills.

    • Customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills.
