We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team.
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Present and promote products/services effectively over the phone
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Follow up promptly on leads and inquiries
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve queries
Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or customer calling (preferred)
Good communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals
Strong customer orientation and convincing ability
Fixed Pay: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Supplemental Pay: Yearly Bonus
Day shift
Work Location: In-person (Majra, Dehradun)
