Job Title: Telecaller Sales Executive (Remote)

Compensation: ₹9,253.63 - ₹28,199.53 per month (Performance-based earnings, commission pay, and bonuses)
Contract Length: 72 months
Expected Hours: 10 – 30 hours per week

Job Overview:

We are seeking proactive and results-driven Telecaller Sales Executives to join our remote team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products, and driving sales for our e-commerce platform specializing in FMCG, skincare, and beauty care products. Your role will focus on building strong customer relationships and converting leads into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers, especially those seeking work-from-home opportunities, to introduce and promote our products.
Product Presentation:
- Clearly explain product offerings, benefits, and the company’s compensation structure to interested candidates.
Lead Conversion:
- Convert leads into customers through effective communication and persuasive skills.
Follow-Up:
- Maintain regular follow-up with potential and existing customers to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Reporting:
- Keep accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales progress. Provide feedback and insights to the management team.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies, share insights, and contribute to the success of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Education:
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is beneficial.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
- Confident, outgoing, and customer-focused.
- Basic knowledge of digital tools and e-commerce platforms.
- Self-motivated with good time-management skills.
Other Requirements:
