Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused Technical Services Sales Executive to manage the sales and onboarding process for new clients. As a bridge between the client’s vision and our technical team, you will ensure a smooth onboarding experience and help clients choose the right digital services for their needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Outreach: Reach out to potential clients through inbound and outbound channels (calls, emails, social media, etc.).

  • Client Consultation: Understand the client’s business and digital needs (logo, website, or app) through initial consultations.

  • Service Recommendations: Present service options and recommend suitable solutions based on client needs.

  • Proposal/Quotation Preparation: Prepare and present proposals/quotations with clear deliverables and timelines.

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with the design/development team to initiate client projects post-onboarding.

  • Follow-up and Client Satisfaction: Maintain strong follow-ups to ensure timely onboarding and client satisfaction.

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain records and track sales pipeline effectively.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or client onboarding (preferably in digital/IT services).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Understanding of digital services like logo design, website creation, and app development.

  • Ability to translate client needs into actionable service requirements.

  • Organized, self-driven, and tech-savvy.


Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with proposal-building.

  • Prior experience working with service-based or medium-scale business clients.

  • Basic understanding of UI/UX or software development processes.
