Job Description

Airbus Customer Services is seeking a Technical Data Analyst to join the Technical Data Support and Services team. The team is responsible for developing and delivering critical aircraft maintenance documentation to ensure safe and efficient operations for customers, including airlines, MROs, and lessors. The main products developed include Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM), Troubleshooting Manual (TSM), and Illustrated Part Catalog (IPC).

As a Technical Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Technical Data Authoring: Develop and author technical manuals (AMM, IPC, TSM) adhering to specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.
Mentoring: Guide junior team members and act as a subject matter expert for technical data topics.
Process Improvement: Innovate and implement process improvements in technical data management.
Customer Support: Address customer queries related to technical data and ensure accurate, on-time delivery of updates.
Impact Analysis: Assess design changes (Modifications, Service Bulletins, etc.) and evaluate their impact on existing technical documentation.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with customer service departments, design offices, airlines, and suppliers.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with EASA/FAA regulations and EN9100 standards for the technical data produced.
Continuous Improvement: Implement preventive and corrective actions to improve products, processes, and practices based on customer feedback.

Qualifications

Educational Background: Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) degree or an Aeronautical/Engineering degree with knowledge of aircraft maintenance.
Experience: 5-10 years of experience in the Technical Data domain.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance.
- Experience with technical data authoring (AMM, IPC, TSM).
- Understanding of aircraft configuration management.
- Project management skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Strong communication and assertiveness skills.
- Curiosity and a mindset for continuous improvement.
- Advanced English language skills.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

Knowledge of Aircraft and Aeronautics.
Experience in aircraft systems, maintenance processes, and understanding of Technical Data.
Familiarity with design changes and modifications in the aircraft domain.
