Job Title: Team Manager - Pharmacovigilance
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Hybrid work)

Join the Life Sciences & Healthcare Pharmacovigilance team.
Responsible for curating drug safety information from journals, congress publications, and drug regulatory approvals.
Deliver information to OFF-X, a translational drug safety intelligence portal.
Create a culture of success, motivating and developing team members.
Ensure key performance indicators for quality, timeliness, and completeness are met.
Drive execution and performance, striving for continuous improvement.
Build a customer-focused team and foster an environment that stimulates innovation.
Work on major decisions and initiatives to meet long-term objectives.
Communicate initiatives to senior management and manage expectations for deliverables.
Collaborate with Product, Product Operations, Technology, and Marketing teams during product development.
Identify opportunities for synergies and simplify complex processes.
Experience & Education:
Degree in Life Sciences (Toxicology, Pharmacology, Biology, Pharmacy, Biomedical Sciences, etc.).
At least 5 years of experience in pharmacovigilance, drug safety management, or toxicology in a global corporation (pharma or consulting).
People and process management experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills:
Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed organization.
Good judgment in decision-making and priority setting.
Capability to analyze processes, identify problems, and develop effective solutions.
Ability to work remotely with peers in an international environment.
Ability to delve deeply into content and results.
Reporting to the Director of Content Editing, based in France.
The team consists of over 80 colleagues, mostly based in Spain and India, with around 20 colleagues in the OFF-X team in India.

40 annual paid hours of volunteering time and an active volunteering community promoting diversity and inclusion.
